  • Positions and exercises that optimize the baby's position.

  • Stages of labor, what to expect, and how to support each stage.

  • Dispelling fears and common misconceptions.

  • Effective use of vocalization for pain relief.

  • Deep relaxation scripts for comfort during labor.

  • Birth plan writing.

  • Questions to ask when choosing a health care provider.

  • Positions and massage techniques for labor.

  • Understand common Obstetric interventions.

  • A thoughtful method of decision-making during times of stress.

  • Dua's, & the Islamic practices prescribed by our deen during labor and after birth.

  • Special support for Dads.

  • Planning for and what to expect in early postpartum.

  • Bonus topics, including "Water birth Ay or Nay?" & "Multiples and Beech"

Live Support:

Attend bi-monthly live group calls with me to ask questions and build community with like-minded brothers and sisters enrolled in this course. Every other Sunday of the month at 9:30 am CST.
